The Community Players announce open auditions for Rodgers and Hammerstein's Oklahoma. Needed are 4 women and 6 men, ages 18-60 for principal roles, and a large ensemble of singers/dancers, ages 13 and up. Monday, August 16 and Wednesday, August 18, 7 pm at Jenks Auditorium, Division Street, Pawtucket, RI (across from McCoy Stadium). Prepare 16 bars of the theatrical-style song (bring sheet music in appropriate key - accompanist will be provided), and come prepared to dance (a brief dance routine will be taught). Also bring potential rehearsal conflict dates (evenings not available, vacation periods, etc.) between late August and November. Auditions will also consist of cold readings from the script.
