Within the past ten years, Higgins’ paintings have been juried into eighty major national shows and fifteen museum exhibitions in forty states. His work has received fourteen prestigious awards and is in public and private collections in more than 15 states and the UK.  Higgins has studied at Boston’s Emerson College, Museum of Fine Arts, and the Motion Picture School, Ft Monmouth, NJ. and has been painting in pastels for more than twenty years.
