ARTSWorcester presents: Yesterday’s Paper

Yesterday’s Paper Opening Reception: Tuesday, July 17, 2007 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm in the Administrative Building at Quinsigamond Community College, 670 West Boylston Street, Worcester. A gallery walk with the artist will be held from 6:30 – 7:00 pm that evening. This occasion is free and open to the public and will feature refreshments and music.

Jim Collins has been making art, news, and documentary photographs for thirty-five years. He studied photography at the California Institute of the Arts, and is currently a staff photographer at the Worcester Telegram & Gazette.

Gallery hours: The ARTSWorcester/QCC Hall Gallery hours are Monday–Friday, 9:00am–7:00pm, is located in the main hallway of the Administrative Building at Quinsigamond Community College, and is free and open to the public.

Currently at the ARTSWorcester Aurora Gallery: Opening Friday, July 13, 2007 is “A Cool Breeze” ARTSWorcester’s Summer Member Exhibition. Opening reception is 5:30 to 7:30 p.m.; free and open to the public. Over 90 artists will be exhibiting original works painting, photography, works on paper, sculpture, mixed media, computer art, and crafts.

This exhibition runs through August 24, 2007.
